The LB-20-C-ABCDE is a high-performance five-layer co-extrusion experimental blown film machine, specifically designed for the research and development and small-scale production of multilayer composite films. This equipment utilizes five independent extrusion systems (screw diameter φ20mm, length-to-diameter ratio 30:1, rotation speed 110rpm), capable of simultaneously processing various materials such as PA, PE, PBAT, and PLA, achieving precise co-extrusion molding. Its layflat width reaches 390mm, with a film thickness range of 0.02-0.1mm and an adjustable line speed of 0-10m/min, meeting diverse experimental requirements.  

The machine is equipped with a PLC control system (supporting 24 heating zones) and a touchscreen operation interface, with temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ and a working temperature range from room temperature to 250℃. It is driven by five 1500W servo motors, with a total power of 20kW, a production capacity of 5-25kg/h, and is compatible with 380V industrial voltage. The overall structure is robust (2450×2400×2300mm), weighing 500kg, making it suitable for laboratory and pilot production environments.  

The LB-20-C-ABCDE is centered on multilayer co-extrusion technology, making it an ideal equipment for the development of functional film materials, process validation, and small-batch trial production.
